All items listed in our sale category are final sale. These items are not eligible for store credit, return, or exchange.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Can I add an item to my order?

We're not able to modify orders once they've been placed. We recommend placing another order with that item.

Why was my order canceled?

We're sorry to hear your order was canceled! If this happens, you will receive a cancelation email and refund. Cancelations may happen due to insufficient inventory or poor quality checks at the time of fulfilling the order.

What does awaiting fulfillment mean?
